A very refreshing summer drink. I like it because it's not too sweet.
Ingredients:
2 cups cold water
2 cups cantaloupe, rind removed, seeded and chopped into cubes
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon lime juice
Directions:
1. In a blender or food processor, combine water, cantaloupe, sugar, and lime juice until smooth.
2. Pour mixture through a strainer into a pitcher, forcing through most of the pulp.
3. Chill at least 30 minutes before serving.
4. Serve with or without ice cubes.
5. As a decorative touch, add slices or chunks of melon.
