African Beans in a Tomato Sauce (Mozambique)

Ingredients:
2 (15 ounce) cans red beans
1 large onion, chopped
3 tablespoons olive oil
3 medium tomatoes, chopped
1 tablespoon tomato paste
1 tablespoon garlic, chopped
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
salt and pepper
Directions:
1. Saute onions and garlic in oil until onion is transparent.
2. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 20 minutes.
3. Serve over rice.
