Tender melt in mouth chicken-a favourite after tandoori chicken. This is devoured in road side restaurants here (in New Delhi India) and is delicious!
Ingredients:
1 chicken (cut into pieces)
1 tablespoon melon seeds
1 cup cashew nuts
1 tablespoon poppy seed (soaked for 1 hour)
1 cup cream
2 tablespoons butter
2 teaspoons powdered black pepper
5 -6 green cardamoms
salt
Directions:
1. Grind together the melon seeds , poppy seeds , pepper and cardamoms
2. Prick the chicken pieces in 2-3 places.
3. Mix with the rest of the ingredients and marinate for 5-6 hours.
4. Grill in a oven till golden and serve hot.
