This is adobo as hazel, a native of quezon province, serves it. She always adds two tablespoons of sugar because she likes it sweet; too bad, it don't.
Ingredients:
1/2 kg pork or 1/2 kg chicken
crushed garlic
2 pieces onions
4 tablespoons soy sauce
vinegar
2 tablespoons cooking oil
Directions:
1. Cook pork until golden brown.
2. Add cooking oil with crushed garlic and onion.
3. Bring to boil.
4. Add soy sauce and vinegar.
