Actually Tasty Vegan Bacobits

These are the only things I remotely consider close to actual bacon bits.
Ingredients:
1 cup of smoked almonds
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 275
2. Crush almonds with flat of knife and set aside in bowl.
3. Mix ingredients together slowly until almond pieces are well coated.
4. Spread on cookie sheet evenly and cook for 30 to 45 minutes or until dry and crispy.
5. Enjoy.
