Ingredients:

40 ml absolut mandarin vodka

40 ml espresso coffee liqueur

1 ounce absolut mandarin vodka

9 ounces cream

1 teaspoon sugar

Directions:

1. Beat the cream with Absolut Mandarin and sugar.
2. Build first 2 ingredients over 2 ice cubes in a rocks glass.
3. Add the whipped Absolut Mandarin cream as a lid on top.
4. Sprinkle a little instant coffee powder on top as decoration.
