Ingredients:
1 scoop low-fat orange sherbet
1/2 cup cantaloupe
1/2 cup low-fat ricotta cheese
1/2 cup low-fat milk
1/2 cup orange juice
1 tablespoon vanilla whey protein powder
3 ice cubes
Directions:
1. add all ingrediants to blender and blend until smooth.
