A tip of the hat to my Scottish heritage.
Ingredients:
2 ounces scotch whisky
1 ounce drambuie scotch whisky
1 tablespoon honey
2 tablespoons lime juice
Directions:
1. Stir all but the Drambuie into a coffee mug.
2. Warm the Drambuie, ignite it and pour the burning liqueur into the mug.
3. Stir rapidly and drink.
