A1 Steak Sauce ( Clone - Copycat - Homemade Substitute ) |

If you run out of A1, here's a good clone. A-1 is a brand name steak sauce. Ingredients:
1/2 cup orange juice |
1/2 cup raisins |
1/4 cup soy sauce |
1/4 cup white vinegar |
2 tablespoons dijon mustard |
1 tablespoon bottled grated orange rind |
2 tablespoons heinz ketchup |
2 tablespoons heinz chili sauce |
Directions:
1. Bring to a boil for 2 minutes stirring.
2. Remove from heat.
3. Allow to cool to lukewarm.
4. Put mixture in a blender till it is pureed.
5. Pour in bottle.
6. Cap tightly and refrigerate to use within 90 days.
