A Treat For The Feet
Ingredients:
footbath
warm water
marbles
2 tsp. sea salt
1 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. epsom salts
fragrant oils
***for a relaxing mix
add 10 drops lemon oil
15 drops lavender oil
5 drips clary sage oil
***for an invigorating mix
3 drops nutmeg oil
10 drops lavender oil
5 drops orange oil
5 drops lemon oil
Directions:
1. After you've finished pounding the pavement, give your feet a break by treating your feet to a nice footbath.
2. Soak your feet for 15 minutes, they'll feel great!
