Very quick easy and healthy.
Ingredients:
1 chicken breast half
1 tablespoon reduced-fat peanut butter
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1/4 cup salsa
1/4 onion
1/3 bell pepper
1/2 small zucchini
3/4 cup broccoli
1 mushroom
Directions:
1. Combine first 4 ingredients and marinate over night.
2. Vegetables can be to your liking.
3. After marinating combine over medium heat until chicken is done.
4. Enjoy.
