Tuna casserole with a twist.. and a family favourite.. Cheap to make.
Ingredients:
1 (8 ounce) can tuna (drained)
1 (200 g) box kraft macaroni and cheese
1 (8 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
2 tablespoons chopped green peppers
1/2 teaspoon pepper (to taste)
1 cup crushed saltine crackers (optional)
Directions:
1. Perpare Kraft dinner as usual. 2. Mix KD and rest of ingredients in a casserole dish. 3. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. 4. Crushed crakers can be added to top of casserole before placing in oven if desired. ( we like it with the crackers).
