Ingredients:
1 can (20 ounce size) crushed pineapple in juice, undrained
1 can (16 1/2 ounce size) blueberries or blackberries in lite syrup, drained
1 1/2 cup ice cubes
1 carton (6 ounce size) lemon or other fruit-flavored low-fat yogurt
Directions:
1. In blender container, combine all ingredients; process until smooth. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
