I make this as a side to pair with BBQ pretty often and never regret it.
Ingredients:
2 carrots
2 shallots or green onions
1/2 cup of bean sprouts
1/2 cup of red cabbage
1/2 cup green bell pepper
3/4 cup chopped broccoli
1 stalk celery
1 tsp dry mustard
2 tsp curry powder
3 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp dark soy sauce
1 tbsp grapeseed oil
1 tbsp balsamic vinegear
Directions:
1. Chop the veggies
2. Mix in dry ingredients first than coat with wet ingredients while tossing gently.
