Ingredients:

1 (18 ounce) box lemon cake mix

1 (3 1/2 ounce) package instant pineapple pudding

4 eggs

3/4 cup oil

1 (10 ounce) bottle 7-up soda

2 eggs

1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, undrained

1/2-1 cup butter or 1/2-1 cup margarine

1 cup coconut

Directions:

1. Mix all cake ingredients together and bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.
2. Mix all icing ingredients together and cook over medium heat until thick.
3. Pour over cake while still hot.
