Ingredients:
thousand island
1 cupmayonnaise
1 tbsp. chives or green onions ,chopped
1 tbsp. green pepper , chopped
4 tbsp. chii sauce
1 tsp. páprika
1 tsp. tarragon vinegar
1 tbsp. egg hard, boiled, iced.
1 tbsp. sweet pickles, chopped.
tomato cucumber
1 cup mayonaise
1/2 cup tomatoes and cucumbers in small pieces
1 cup onion minced
salt
snappy sea food sauce
1 cup mayonnaise
1 1/2 tsp. green onion, finelly chpped
1/2 tsp. mustard, dry
1/2 tsp. chilli powder
salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1 tsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. lemon or lime
spicy salad dressing
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup chutney ( your favorite) with juice of bottle
** good with fresh sliced mango or papaya
bacon mayonnaise
if you prepare your own mayonaise, substitute bacon fat for oil in mayonnaise. keep at room temperature.
whipped cream mayonnaise
( add an equal amount of whipped cream to mayonnaise, jst before serving. use with fruit salads.)
