6 Grain Breakfast in the Crock Pot

A healthy breakfast. Throw it in the crock pot before bed time and wake up to a sweet smelling house.
Ingredients:
2 1/2 tablespoons bulgur wheat
2 1/2 tablespoons brown rice
2 tablespoons barley
2 tablespoons quinoa
1/4 cup rolled oats
1 cup apple, diced
1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
3 cups water
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
Directions:
1. Combine ingredients in crock pot. Mix well.
2. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.
3. Stir before serving.
4. Add more water if needed.
