5 Minute Sherried Shrimp Tapas

Ingredients:
12 jumbo shrimp or 12 prawns, peeled and deveined
salt & freshly ground black pepper
tabasco sauce
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 tablespoons sherry wine
Directions:
1. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and stir fry the prepared shrimp or prawns for 2-3 minutes until pink.
2. Add the sherry to the pan; stir and continue to cook for 30 seconds until the shrimp are very fragrant.
3. Season with Tabasco sauce, salt and pepper to taste and serve immediately.
