This chutney goes well for finger licking too...!
Ingredients:
1 bunch fresh mint leaves
1 medium onion
2 pinches salt
3 teaspoons sugar
1 1/2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar or 1 1/2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 fresh green chili
1 tomato
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
Directions:
1. Put all the above in the blender and blend till smooth.
2. Use on sandwiches, as a dip, with your favourite kebabs, scones!
