5 Minute Brussels Sprouts

Brussles sprouts are high in vitamin C, K and A and full of fiber.
Ingredients:
1 lb brussels sprout
3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
2 teaspoons lemon juice
2 medium garlic cloves, pressed
sea salt and black pepper
Directions:
1. Fill the bottom of steamer with 2 inches of water.
2. Bring water to low boil.
3. Cut brussels sprouts into quarters.
4. Press garlic.
5. Steam brussels sprouts for 5 minutes.
6. Combine olive oil, lemon juice garlic, salt and pepper.
7. Place hot brussels sprouts in bowl and top with dressing and toss.
8. You can add garlic in the final 2 minutes of steaming to mellow garlic flavor.
