This recipe is insanely simple! It was an adaptation from a cooking class.
Ingredients:
100 ml flour
1 teaspoon instant yeast
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/2 ml salt
75 ml warm water
50 ml flour
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 425.
2. In a large bowl, stir together first 4 ingredients.
3. Pour warm water into first 4 ingredients, mixing strongly.
4. Add additional flour and stir until dough forms a ball.
5. gently knead dough.
6. Cover and let rise for 5 minutes.
7. grease 9inch pie plate.
8. Spread dough in pie plate.
9. put on toppings.
10. Put in oven for 15-20 minutes.
