A very quick and easy salad to compliment your meal. Or even by itself as a dessert.
Ingredients:
1 cup sliced peaches
1 cup pineapple
1 cup mandarin oranges
1 cup mini marshmellows
1 cup sour cream
2 tbsp chopped nuts (optional)
Directions:
1. Cut into pieces the sliced peaches and pineapple.
2. Add the mandarin oranges and marshmellows.
3. Pour the sour cream over the mixture and blend together.
4. Set in refrig overnite to chill so all will blend with the sour cream.
5. Serve as is or on lettuce leaves.
