50 g fresh red cabbage |
100 g fresh iceberg lettuce |
25 g fresh red bell peppers |
25 g fresh yellow bell peppers |
50 g fresh green bell peppers |
25 g fresh carrots |
50 g fresh cucumbers |
25 g fresh tomatoes |
20 g mustard paste |
15 ml olive oil |
5 g black pepper |
15 ml vinegar |
salt and black pepper |
Directions:
1. Shred all the vegetables. 2. Mix in the dressing in the shredded vegetables. 3. Serve cold. |
