4 Layer Caramel Chocolate Oat Bars

Ingredients:
1 cup flour
1 cup quick oats
1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup butter, melted
1 cup milk chocolate chips or 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup chopped pecans
0.75 (16 ounce) jar caramel ice cream topping
3 tablespoons flour
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°.
2. Combine all crust ingredients, blending well and forming crumbs.
3. Place 1/2 crumb mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch square pan.
4. Bake for 10 minutes.
5. Sprinkle chocolate chips and pecans.
6. Pour caramel mix over top.
7. Sprinkle remaining crumb mixture.
8. Bake 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
9. Chill 1-2 hours, then cut into bars.
