Great for those times when you don't have much time or don't feel like spending a whole lot of time in the kitchen. This recipe was adapted from one taught to me by a friend. She would form the raw mixture into patties and wrap in foil and then take it along on their camping trips to cook on the fire.
Ingredients:
1 lb hamburger
1 teaspoon seasoning salt (or to taste)
1/4 teaspoon pepper (or to taste)
1 (15 ounce) can mixed vegetables, drained
Directions:
1. Brown hamburger.
2. Add Seasoned Salt, Pepper, and Vegetables.
3. Simmer ten minutes.
4. Serve.
