A very tasty smoothie - the whole family can enjoy it, and I'm sure that the kids will -
Ingredients:
3 cups 2% low-fat milk
1 1/2 cups mixed berries, blackberries, blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, mixed, frozen (eurpope's best)
1/2 cup all bran buds
1 small banana
honey
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in blender. Process at high speed until smooth, pulsing a few times to break up pieces of fruit.
