30 Minute Chicken And Dumplings

I wanted chicken and dumplings but in my house I have to take short cuts on everything. This is so good and fast.
Ingredients:
2 large boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 cup celery chopped
1 onion chopped
1 carrot peeled and chopped
6 cans of chicken broth
1 package of buttery biscuts (make sure and get the buttery kind)
1 tblsp vegtable oil
salt and pepper
italian seasoning
Directions:
1. Heat oil in large stew pan
2. Cut the chicken breast into chunks and poach in one can of the broth
3. while chicken is poaching place vegetables into your stew pan
4. after the vegetables are translucent add the remander of the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
5. Roll out your canned biscuts and cut them in small triangles
6. Add your chicken to your stew pan
7. season with salt pepper and italian seasoning
8. when broth is boiling agian start dropping in your cut biscuts (you might not use the whole package)
9. let boil for about five minutes then place a lid on turn down heat and let cook for a bout 15 minutes.
