Another experiment with smoothies that came out very well. Tasty! Great for breakfast.
Ingredients:
1 ounce cream cheese
1/4 cup cottage cheese
1/4 cup ricotta cheese
1/4 cup blueberries
1/4 cup raspberries
1/4 cup blackberry
1/2 cup milk
splenda sugar substitute, to taste
Directions:
1. Blend together in ingredients.
2. Drink or serve over cereal.
