3 Pepper Spinach And Shitake Spread Or Dip

Found this online years ago, and have modified it to the recipe below. We love this as dip and as a spread. I could munch on this with garlic roasted triscuits all night!
Ingredients:
1/2 red bell pepper-finely chopped
1/2 green bell pepper-finely chopped
1/2 yellow bell pepper-finely chopped
1/4 onion - finely chopped
2 t chopped garlic
dash paprika
2 t worcestershire
2 cups shitake mushrooms-chopped
2 cups fresh spinach
8oz cream cheese-softened
4oz sour cream
1/2 tsp coarse black pepper
salt to taste
Directions:
1. Suate shitake mushrooms and spinach in 2 tbs evoo until spinach is wilted.
2. Let cool.
3. When cool, blend all ingredients together.
4. Serve on bagel or pita chips, or your chouice. I like the Roasted Garlic Triscuits!
