3 Minute No Bake Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups sugar
  • 8 tbsp (1 stick) butter or margarine
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/3 cup baking cocoa

Directions:

  1. 1. In large saucepan, combine sugar, margarine, milk and cocoa.
  2. Bring to boil over medium heat, stirring frequently. Continue boiling
  3. 3 minutes, stirring frequently.
  4. 2. Remove from heat. Stir in oats.
  5. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto waxed paper.
  6. Let stand until firm. Store tightly covered.
