Not only does this only have 3 simple ingredients, it's ready in 10 minutes. This recipe only serves one but it can easily be multiplied for a family meal.
Ingredients:
1/2 tablespoon honey
1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
5 ounces salmon fillets
salt and pepper, if desired
Directions:
1. Preheat the broiler and combine honey with soy sauce.
2. Season salmon filet with salt and pepper (if desired) and broil for five minutes.
3. Drizzle with honey-soy sauce and broil an additional 2-5 minutes.
