3 Grilling Sweet and Sour Meat Glazes

These sweet and sour sauces are great on grilled shrimp, turkey, beef, chicken and pork as well as salmon. When grilling, brush glaze on both sides 2 minutes before meat or seafood finishes cooking, then brush on again right after removing from the grill. For roasted salmon, brush glaze on before cooking.
Ingredients:
3/4 cup orange marmalade
1 1/2 teaspoons grainy mustard
1 1/2 teaspoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon ginger, fresh, grated
1 1/2 teaspoons liquid from chipotle chiles in adobo
1 teaspoon lime juice
Directions:
1. Mix 1/4 cup orange marmalade with 11/2 tsp grainy mustard for Orange-Mustard Glaze .
2. Mix 1/4 cup orange marmalade with soy sauce and ginger for Soy-Ginger Glaze .
3. Mix 1/4 cup orange marmalade with liquid from chipotle chiles in adobo and lime juice for Chipotle-Lime Glaze .
