A Smoothie I whipped up out of curiosity. I found it quite sweet, but that could be because of the Splenda. Still, never hurts to post. Enjoy! I poured some of mine over some shredded wheat. Yummy!
Ingredients:
3 ounces silken tofu
1/2 cup blueberries
1/2 cup raspberries
1/2 cup blackberry
1 cup skim milk
splenda sugar substitute, to taste

Blend all ingredients together!
