This recipe has been a part of every holiday in our family as long as I can remember. It can be eaten hot, the day of, and cold, as a salad the next day. It's an unusual combination of flavors that actually come together and make a wonderful side dish . Read more . Goes GREAT with ham and turkey
Ingredients:
1 package frozen french beans
1 package frozen baby limas
1 package frozen english peas
1 cup mayo
1tb. vegtable oil
1 tb. worcestershire sauce
dash tobasco
1 med onion minced
4 hard boiled eggs sliced
salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
1. Cook each package separately according to directions and drain all together in colendar.
2. Mix the remaining ingredients for a sauce and keep at room temp.
3. Place cooked, drained vegtables in the dish and mix in sauce and boiled eggs. That's it! Hope you enjoy our families traditional dish.
