Yummy make ahead salad- even better as leftovers!
Ingredients:
6 cups lettuce, shredded or torn into pieces
salt, pepper, sugar
6 hard boiled eggs, sliced
10 oz frozen peas, thawed
1 lb crispy bacon, crumbled
1 cup shredded swiss cheese
1 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup green onions, chopped
paprika
Directions:
1. In glass bowl (for looks!), layer ingredients in order listed.
2. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
3. Stir just before serving.
