Great salad for Thanksgiving or Christmas. You don't have to be a cranberry lover to like this salad.
Ingredients:
2 c. fresh cranberries, coarsely chopped
3 c. miniature marshmallows
3/4 c. sugar
2 c. (2 medium) chopped apples
1 c. seedless grapes
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1 c. whipping cream, whipped
Directions:
1. In large bowl, combine cranberries, marshmallows and sugar. Cover and refrigerate 8 hours or overnight.
2. Add apples, grapes and walnuts, fold in whipped cream. Refrigerate.
