1st Place Baked Salmon

This came out of the First Place weight loss book. Yummy and low fat. Exchanges: 3 meats, 1/2 fat.
Ingredients:
6 4-oz salmon fillets, each 1 in. thick
1 tablespoon olive oil
splash lemon juice(enough to moisten each fillet)
fresh rosemary to taste
paprika to taste
adobo seasoning to taste
black pepper to taste
salt to taste
honey to taste
1/4 cup chopped pecans
non-stick cooking spray
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. In oven, preheat baking dish drizzled with olive oil.
2. Place fillets skin-side down on flat surface, rub with lemon juice.
3. Sprinkle with seasonings in following order:
4. rosemary - paprika - adobo - black pepper - and salt.
5. Lightly drizzle with honey; sprinkle with pecans and seal with generous coating of cooking spray.
6. Place fillets skin-side down in preheated baking dish.
7. Bake 10 - 15 minutes or until fillets flake easily with fork.
8. Serves 6
