Ingredients:
1 cupful of molasses
1 cupful of sour milk
1/2 cupful of butter or lard
1 teaspoonful of ginger
1 teaspoonful of soda
1/2 teaspoonful of salt
Directions:
1. Stir the soda into the molasses until it foams, add sour milk, ginger,
2. salt and melted butter. Last of all, add flour enough for quite a stiff
3. batter, and bake. This makes one sheet.
4. guessing oven temp could be 325' to 350'
