15 Minute Skillet Cassoulet - Weight Watchers

I adapted this from a Weight Watchers recipe, and got it down from 10 points to 7! Very filling - good for a cold night.
Ingredients:
8 oz chicken sausage, casings removed
1 boneless skinless chicken breast
2 cans cannelini or great northern beans, drained and rinsed
1 medium onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 tsp dried thyme
2 c low fat, low sodium chicken broth
2t tomato paste
1/2 c plain dry breadcrumbs
Directions:
1. Preheat broiler
2. Coat a non-stick, ovenpoof skillet with cooking spray and heat
3. Add onion, garlic, and sausage meat & saute until sausage is no longer pink, about 4 minutes
4. Add thyme, broth, beans, and tomato paste, simmer 10 minutes
5. Sprinkle bread crumbs over the skillet mixture
6. Place under broiler until breadcrumbs are browned, about 30 seconds
7. 1 3/4 cups per serving
