15-Minute Shrimp

An easy and fast shrimp recipe that I found in the newspaper.
Ingredients:
1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 tablespoon old bay seasoning
1 large size tomatoes or 1 (15 ounce) can chopped tomatoes, drained
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/3 cup crumbled feta cheese
chopped parsley (optional)
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 450 degrees.
2. In a 1 1/2 quart shallow baking dish toss shrimp with Old Bay seasoning.
3. Add remaining ingredients except feta cheese and parsley. Stir until blended.
4. Sprinkle with feta cheese and parsley.
5. Bake 19-12 minutes at 450 degrees, until shrimp are cooked through.
6. Serve over rice, orzo, or another pasta.
