15 Minute Curried Chicken Salad

Ingredients:
2 cups water
2 chicken bouillon cubes
1 1/2 teaspoons curry powder
2 cups minute white rice, uncooked
1 cup chopped cooked chicken or 1 cup ham
1/4 cup kraft mayo mayonnaise
1 medium green pepper, chopped
Directions:
1. MIX water, bouillon cubes and curry powder in medium saucepan. Bring to boil on medium-high heat.
2. STIR in rice; cover. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes. Cool.
3. ADD chicken, mayo and red pepper; mix lightly.
