15 Minute (says it all) oh and it taste good too....
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon oil
boneless chicken breast
condensed cream of chicken soup
1 cup water
2 cups minute rice
2 cups broccoli (fresh or frozen & thawed)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions:
1. Cook chicken in oil until lightly browned. Remove from skillet.
2. Add soup and water to skillet and bring to a boil.
3. Stir in rice and broccoli.
4. Top with chicken and cheese.
5. Cover and cook on low for 5 minutes.
