Ingredients:
2 cups rice, prepared
1 lb beef flank steak, cut into thin strips
1 tablespoon oil
3 cups stir fry vegetables, thawed
3/4 cup teriyaki sauce
Directions:
1. Cook and stir steak in hot oil in nonstick skillet, about 5 minutes.
2. Add vegetables and teriyaki sauce; Cover.
3. Simmer on low heat for 4 minutes, serve over rice.
