The first time I tasted this recipe I watched my friend add clove after clove of garlic! I was SHOCKED but it tasted so good! The garlic ended up tasting quite sweet. I was HOOKED after that and have been making it ever since! Read more !
Ingredients:
2 cups pasta
3 cloves garlic or 1/2 tsp. minced garlic
1 tsp. olive oil
dash worchestershire sauce
1 tsp. parmesan cheese
1 tsp. bacon bits
Directions:
1. Cook pasta as directed. While pasta is cooking, put oil, garlic and worchestershire sauce in frying pan and heat. When pasta is cooked, drain well and add to pan. Mix well. Add parmesan and bacon bits and serve.
2. Other variations:
3. Add onions or fresh herbs, (oregano, thyme, rosemary).
4. Serves 2 for meal size or 4 for side dish.
5. ** Fresh pasta usually takes 3-5 minutes to cook opposed to the usual 9-11 minutes for dry pasta. It can be found in your grocer's deli section.
