I'm always in search of low-calorie alternative, and I'm a poor college student, so I don' have access to rare ingredients or splenda/ soy milk alternatives. I had this for breakfast this morning and it kept me full 'til afternoon. Oh, and the raisins give a sweet, satisfying touch!
Ingredients:
6 tablespoons rolled oats
3/4 cup water
24 raisins
1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions:
1. Pour water over combined oats, raisins, and cinnamon.
2. Microwave on high for 1-2 minutes.
3. Take out and stir. You may let it stand to thicken if desired.
4. Enjoy! May add 1/4 tsp vanilla or pinch of salt if desired.
