this very hands on recipe this keeps the kids giggling and the kitchen clean!!! it's so easy too!
Ingredients:
235 ml half-and-half cream
50 g sugar
3 ml vanilla extract or flavour of choice
950 ml coarsely crushed ice cubes
215 g rock salt
three sizes of resealable bags
Directions:
1. in a smallest bag, combine the cream, sugar and vanilla.
2. Press out air and seal.
3. In meduim bag, combine the ice and salt
4. add the sealed small bag. Seal the large bag;
5. place these in the largest of the bags and seal.
6. Shake and knead for 5-7 minutes or until cream mixture is thickened. Serve immediately or freeze.
