1 Point Chili from Weight Watchers with ground turkey, chicken broth, diced tomatoes and tons of veggies.
Ingredients:
20 oz lean ground turkey
1 cup frozen corn
1 oz dry chili seasoning
2 medium zucchini, diced
6 oz squash, diced
5 oz green peppers, diced
6 oz white onion, diced
6 green chili peppers, diced
15 oz black beans
56 oz diced tomatos
4 cups chicken broth
Directions:
1. Ground Turkey
2. Add all ingredients into stock pot
3. Simmer for 30 minutes
