I had a Fresco at Olive Garden last evening, and am estimating what it is comprised of. This is a work in process....might be posting edits as I perfect it. Join me in my quest for the perfect summer drink! I actually prefer club soda instead of the Sprite...and add a bit more than it calls for. Ingredients:
3 ounces citrus-infused vodka |
1 1/2 ounces peach schnapps |
2 ounces lemonade |
2 ounces peach puree |
4 ounces sprite |
fresh peach (for garnish) |
Directions:
1. Shake first four ingredients in shaker with ice.
2. Add sliced fruit.
3. Top with Sprite.
4. Pour into a tall glass.
